*NOTE:Mary Elizabeth (Baird/Beard) Gilroy married Robert " Little Bob" Dickson on 16 FEB 1863 [Vermilion County Marriage book, Vol. 3, Page 2] and had 3 children -- Edelkis "Dell", Ellie and Frank. Robert Dickson died some time before 1879 and she married William Kennard on 04 DEC 1879, her age was 43 [b.1836] and William's [b.1835] was 45. They had  a son according to Rev. Gilroy and what I could find they had a daughter named Lizzie. Looking futher I came accross an entry by Robert Pruitt which listed different names for the Dickson's and lists a Ellen Kennard b.1868 in Indiana and a William Kennard b.1863 in Illinois to William and Mary E. Kenaard  11 and 16 years before they were married. This was varified by a gedcom file at LDS. In this file the children of Mary and Robert Dickson are listed as ADELBERT, b.1866 in Illinois, Frank, b. 1871 in Illinois and Olga b. 1873 in Illinois. There is also a CATHERINE, b. 1854 in Illinois and Henry, b. 1877 in Illinois. There is also a reference to Alice Gilroy, b. 1857 in Illinois in this file.
 In the 1860 Vermilion County census Elizabeth and Alice Gilroy were living with the Drumond's & the Beaird's in Indianola, Illinois. The listing below is copied from the census file:
